The Dutch House Hotel is a ground-up 38,000 sf boutique hotel comprising of 76 rooms with master suites.

Atlas was brought on board as the 4th construction manager within an existing 10-year construction period on a stalled project. We quickly got our bearings, established a close working relationship with the existing architect and engineering team and went into construction after making sure the construction site was safe.
