NeueHouse is an experienced operator of creative coworking and art spaces spanning the globe. Atlas has become the strategic partner to NeueHouse on NYC-based build-out, most recently with the fit-outs of the 5th floor and retrofit of their commercial kitchen in the existing Madison Square location.
Atlas Builders worked with the in-house team of managers, design professionals, and architects to fast track the commercial kitchen renovation in the cellar and converted the existing antiquated space into 100% electric facility. The retrofit scope of work included demolition, new HVAC, kitchen exhaust work, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finishes as well as equipment installation.
The coworking scope on the fifth floor included the fitout of vacant space provided by Landlord into beautiful office, coworking suites and conference rooms as well as flexible event space. Atlas fabricated all store front steel and glass on site, and fabricated all millwork and coworking desks on site. We are incredibly proud that our projects were transformed into moving art installations during several special events post-construction.

The construction encompassed a significant design/build and value engineering scope, entailing a comprehensive review of all finishes and applications. Atlas collaborated closely with the design team to seamlessly update the building's interior to reflect the brand's design language on all floors was integrated cohesively on this extension.
