Atlas Builders was tasked with a build-out of the first Maxwell Social club in TriBeCa. Curated as an extension of members’ living rooms, the commercial space required a residential design and application with the durability and consideration of a commercial build out.

The project consisted of a 5,000 sf, two-story commercial update from restaurant usage to private, separately designed and operated rooms.

Atlas led and self performed custom millwork design and installation, along with carpentry. At the same time, Atlas coordinated the Client’s mechanical and electrical contractors, design and engineering consultants, and numerous material and furnishing suppliers.
