Michael Yusim
With over 2 decades of experience managing construction projects across New York City, Michael Yusim leads Atlas Supreme’s construction operations with a focus on precision, coordination, and accountability. His background includes senior roles at Hudson Meridian Construction Group, Lendlease, and other New York-based firms where he managed large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments from preconstruction through closeout.
Trained as a civil engineer, Michael brings both technical expertise and field-based pragmatism to his work. He has overseen everything from high-end hospitality interiors to complex affordable housing developments, building a deep understanding of how to manage diverse trades, aggressive schedules, and demanding stakeholders with calm efficiency.
At Atlas Supreme, Michael ensures that every project runs seamlessly — aligning field supervision, subcontractors, and project management teams under a disciplined operational framework that prioritizes safety, quality, and delivery.
Allison Shipper
Allison Shipper oversees the firm’s business administration and operations — including finance, legal and compliance, organizational development, and strategic growth. She ensures Atlas operates with discipline, clarity, and a long-term vision that supports both performance and culture.
Before joining Atlas Supreme, Allison held roles at Marriott International, where she led the development and concepting of new hospitality projects across the U.S. and internationally. Her experience in global real estate and hotel development — spanning luxury, lifestyle, and branded environments — gives her a distinctive perspective on how operational systems and guest experience intersect.
