New building addition (vertical and horizontal) to an existing tenant-occupied assisted living facility that was hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. Major service relocation from existing building including mechanical, elevator equipment and electrical into new building. Project was completed utilizing insulated concrete form construction (ICF) that Atlas self-performed.

Harlem Multifamily Rental

Ground-up 30-unit multifamily rental in the heart of East Harlem on the corner of 2nd Avenue and 120th Street. Ground-floor retail component and community facility of 3,000sf.

Union Avenue Condo

High-end 9-unit boutique condo in the heart of Williamsburg in progress. Completion scheduled for Summer 2020.

LIC Boutique Hotel

Ground-up 38,000sf boutique hotel comprising of 76 rooms with master suites on the upper floors in progress. On track to complete construction within 12 month schedule, summer 2020.

Brooklyn Condo Conversion

Located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, this property was formerly a multi-family home.

When a developer decided to take on the task of converting this three story home into a five story condominium, they chose Atlas Builders for the job. The project included a complicated demolition of the existing structure and a new 3-unit high-end condo. Atlas self-performed masonry, rough & finish carpentry on this project.

Synagogue Restoration and Condo Conversion

The Meseritz Synagogue has stood at its East 6th Street location for over a century. And while it nearly closed down in 2012, a new deal was struck recently to preserve the Synagogue. With this deal came the agreement that three luxury apartments would be built upstairs to the first floor Synagogue.

Atlas Builders has been tasked with both the renovation of the first floor Synagogue, demolishing most of the existing buildnig, restoring the historic facade and adding two stories to form three high-end residential condos.

Staten Island Townhouses

After a fire destroyed three Townhouses in Staten Island, Atlas was selected for the rebuild. We were responsible for completely rebuilding two of the Townhouses from the ground up, and renovating the third.

Working closely with the Condo Board, we were able to finish on time and within budget.
